Training Habits: Lots of cross training!! I do a lot of dynamic exercises intermingled with cardio. Of course I also play, drill and do other on court exercises.
Other Hobbies: I love to snowboard, play the piano, hike, mountain bike, cycle, camp, fish, and go canyoneering. I love to play softball, volleyball, basketball and golf. I also enjoy gardening, puzzles and singing.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Utah in Salt Lake.
Favorite Food: Fruit (specifically mangoes) and ice cream…or both together!
